FRIED MUTTON CHOPS Ingredients: Mutton Chops 8- 10 Garlic cloves 10(big size) Black pepper half teaspoon Tandoori Masala 1 teaspoon Salt as per taste BEATEN EGGS 2 Oil for frying Salt as required Method: Boil the Chops along with Garlic cloves and salt. Boil them until it gets tender properly. then drain the chops and let them cool down. In a bowl take 2 eggs add tandoori masala, black pepper and salt as per taste and beat it properly . Now dip the boiled chops in the beaten eggs and shallow fry the chops on a medium/ high flame until it gets golden color. Juicy, delicious chops ready to serve. Note: 1- tandoori Masala has already salt so becareful before adding salt in eggs. I have added only 1-2 pinches of salt so you can add it as per your taste. And when i boiled the chops i added 1 tablespoon of salt 2- dont fry the chops on a slow flame because they are already boiled and fully cooked. Fry them on a medium/ high flame for juicy chops.
