Mutton scotch egg cake Ingredients : Half kg mutton minced 1 big onion chopped 1 tomato chopped 4 green chilies 5 tsp chilli garlic sauce Salt to taste 2 eggs Chapli kabab masala 5 tsp Ginger garlic paste 3 tsp 1 tsp cumin powder Coriander leaves half small bunch Coriander powder 1tsp Red chilli powder 1 tsp 5 boiled eggs Oil 2 tsp add in mince batter Baking powder 1 tsp Oil for frying Method: Step # 1 :Mix all of above ingredients together then take spring form pan, first apply parchment paper and apply butter then arrange half minced in a pan. After that arrange boiled eggs in pan in pan n then cover the eggs with rest of mince batter. Step # 2:Bake it for 40 minutes,ot till tender so that mutton can holds cake shape.After that shallow fry it in a nonstick pan to give it crispiness. Cut into desire pieces and serve it with knorr chilli sauce and salad.
