Peas Pulav with beef Recipe 1 kg beef pieces 2 tbsp gg paste 1/4 tsp blk pepper powder 2 tbs Yogurt 2 tbsp ground cilantro paste Chilli paste as needed Oil as needed Mix all and cook in oil. When water dries add water and cook until beef is tender. Rice 1 kg brice 2 tbsp butter Lavang dalchini Salt. 2 cups green peas 1 tsp white vinegar( it makes rice grain longer) Wash rice. Add beef and it's remaining water and all other things and green peas.Cook until rice is cooked. Eat with kachumber
