Butter Chicken Penne Pasta Ingredients: Penne Pasta 1 packet Boneless Chicken 1/2 kg Capsicum 4 medium Cabbage 1 medium Garlic 3-4 cloves Butter 2 tbsp Chilli garlic sauce 2 tbsp Chilli sauce 2 tbsp Soya sauce 2 tbsp Cream 2 tbsp Milk 1 cup Crush red chilli Mix herbs 1 tsp Cashew nuts 4-5 Salt as required Chicken powder 1 tsp Tomato puree 2 tbsp Cornflour 1 tbsp Water 1 cup Method Boil a packet of penne pasta and keep it aside. Cut boneless chicken,cabbage and capsicum into cubes.In pan add butter,finely chopped garlic and fry till it turn golden. Add chicken cubes and fry it for two minutes.Then gradually add tomato purree,all spices,finely chopped cashew nuts,sauces,cream and milk.Mix and cook it well on high flame.Then add vegetables in the gravy.Mix cornflour in water and add it in the gravy.Cook it in slow flame for 5 minutes. In last mix boil pasta in the gravy.Serve hot and yummy Butter Chicken Penne Pasta
