Ingredients Chicken breast 3 normal size Hammer it and flatten it. Stuffing Spinach chpped 3tbps Onion chopped 3tbsp Feta cheese 3tbsp Red bell pepper chopped 3 tbsp Salt 1/2 tsp Black pepper 1/2 tsp Onion juice 2tsp Olive oil 2tsp Mix all ingredients put inside chicken and roll like a pita bread from 4sides ,put in baking pan,sprinkle thyme and crush pepper over chicken. Grease baking pan with olive oil.put some potatoes on side for baking Bake for 20 minutes.add carrots ,salt and pepper and bake for more 15 minutes. Put chicken in 1 plate and vegetables on another.the juice come out from chicken will later use in cheese sauce Vegetables Green and red bell pepper Saute them in 1tsp olive oil and salt and pepper. Lemon dill sauce Butter 2tbsp Maida1tbsp Leftover chicken juice3/4 cup Fresh cream 1/2 cup Lemon zest 1/2 tbsp 1/2 tbsp dried dill Salt and pepper to taste Put butter in pan add maida mix add chicken juice,add cream ,lemon zest,dried dill .salt and pepper mix ,your sauce is ready. Assrmbling Put potatoes in your dish,put saute veggies ,cut chicken from top so it can open put chicken ,add sauce.
