Chicken Mince cheese bread KEEMA RECIPE FOR THE FILLING 1/2 kg mince of chicken 4 tbsp oil 1 tbsp garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon tandoori masala 1/2 tsp red chili powder 1/2 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp zeera powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder Salt to taste 1 Capsicum cut it into small cubes 2 small tomatoes (remove the seeds and cut it into small cubes 1 chedder cheese (cut it into small cubes) FOR THE DOUGH 4 cups plain/all purpose flour 1 sache of instant yeast 2 tbsp milk powder 1 tsp salt 4 tbsp oil 1 egg plus one for glazing 1 tsp sugar lukewarm water as required INSTRUCTIONS KEEMA FILLING: Heat oil in a pan, add garlic paste and cook it until it gets light golden then add mince along with all the spices. Now cook the mince in its own water , cover the pan with a lid and cook it until it gets dry and fully cooked( tender) now put off the flame and let it cool down.. after that add all the veggies and cheese which we have alreadu cut it into cubes and mix in the mince.. your bread filling is ready FOR THE DOUGH Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl except water. Now add luke warm water and knead it into a soft dough . Grease the dough with little bit of oil and Cover this dough with a damp cloth with 1 hour. The dough would have risen after an hour. MAKING THE BREAD Preheat the oven to 200 C. Punch out the dough and Divide the dough into three parts. Roll out the dough into a rectangular shape. Place keema mixture in the middle. Make slits on either side of Now fold one slit over the other alternatively till the end. Brush it with egg wash to get golden color Bake in the oven for 20 minutes on 180degree with both upper and lower grills on . When it completes its 20 mins of cooking turn off the lower grill and now bake more for 5to 7 mins with only upper grill at 200degree to get golden brown color on the top of the bread Remove from oven and apply butter if you wish. Allow it to rest for couple of minutes before serving.
