Special Crumbed Chicken" with Mashed Potatoes Ingredients - chicken ( breast pc, hammer boneless) - 2 eggs ( if pc are more then 4, like 6-8, otherwise 1 egg) - 1 tbspn garlic paste - 1/4 cup flour - Dash of black pepper ( freshly grounded more preferable) - 1 tbspn salt ( or salt a/c to taste) - Bread crumbs for coating - Oil for frying ( deep fry) Method: - Marinate chicken with above ingredients, except bread crumbs and marinate it for 1 hour. - Now coat each chicken piece with bread crumbs properly. - Heat the oil. - Place chicken in the oil, flame should be less then medium so the chicken get cooked properly. - Let one.side cook properly and then turn to other side. - Once both side are golden brown,strain and place it on the absorbent paper and serve. Mashed Potatoes Ingredients : - Potatoes ( peeled and boiled) - 2 medium - Butter - 1 1/2 tbsp - Cream- 2 tbsp - Salt - to taste - Black pepper powder- 1/2 tsp - White pepper powder - 1/4 tsp Method: - Boil potatoes, strain and let them cool. - Now mash potatoes - Mix all above ingredients n serve
