Mutton kat a kat by Faiqa Aziz

INGRIDIENTS : •Mutton chops - 4 pieces chopped. •Goat's kidney - 2 chopped. •Mutton mince - half kg. •Goat's brain - 2 whole. •Onion - 1 medium finelt diced. •Tomatoes - 2 medium diced. •Garlic paste - 3 tablespoon. •Ginger paste - 3 tablespoon. •Green chillies - 5 to 10 chopped. •Coriander - 1 cup chopped. •Lemon juice - 2 tablespoon. •Vineger - 3 tablespoon. •Oil - 1/2 cup. •Butter - 4 tablespoon. •Kat a kat mix - 1 packet. METHOD : •Bring to boil 8 cups of water. Add vinegar, ginger garlic paste, kidney, brain. Boil for 5 minutes and discard the liquid. •Heat oil and add garlic. Stir fry and add chops. Cook on high heat for 5 minutes. Add kidney and brain and mutton mince and stir fry fir another 5 minutes. •Add onion, tomato, yogurt and kat a kat mix. Cook on medium flame for 20 minutes. Add green chillies, coriander, lemon juice and butter. Stir fry on high heat for 5 minutes. •Ready to serve.
