PRAWN KARAHI Ingredients: Oil / Ghee 1/2 Cup Prawns 1/2 Kg Tomatoes 4 big Crushed Red Chili1 Teaspoon Cumin powder 1 Teaspoon Salt To Taste Black pepper freshly ground 1 tsp Kasoori maithi 1 tsp Chat masala 1/2 tsp Green chillies 8 to 10 Fresh Coriander and ginger slices for Garnish PREPARATION: 1.Devein and wash prawns properly. Discard all the water. 2. Add tomatoes in blender and blend them in a smooth paste. 3. Heat oil in a wok, add blended tomatoes, salt, cumin powder, crushed red chilli and two green chillies cut into pieces. 4. Cook masala till oil starts sapereting. 5. Now add prawns and bhunophy on medium high heat till oil seperates. 6. Now add black pepper, chat masala, kasoori maithi, remaining green chillies. Mix well. Now add 1/2 cup of water. 7. Cover the lid and cook for 5 minutes 8. Garnish with green coriander leaves and ginger slices. Serve with chapati and naan
