Shahi Sultan Sheekh Parda Biryani Recipe Ingredients Dough 3 cups flour 3tsp oil 1 tsp yeast 1 tsp sugar 1 tsp salt Mix all and make a soft dough and keep for 3-4 hours Sheekh Kabab 1/2 kg Qeema 1 small onion 1tbsp Gg paste Shan Sheekh Kabab masala as needed Chilli powder as needed 1 tspPapaya paste Salt as needed Grind all in the food processor. Devide in 5. Shape like Sheekh Kabab. Put in skewer, bake on charcoal choral. Make 1 " pieces. Rice Cook 1/2 kg basmati rice with oil, lavangand dalchini. Fry 1 sliced onion, add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, lavang dalchini, 1 tsp zeera, saffron as needed, 1 tbsp Shan biryani masala.Add in rice with sheekh's pieces. Mix all well. Make dough in in 2 parts. Roll both of them around 10". Sprinkle 9" pie plate with oil. Put one rolled part on it. Add biryani mixture on itPut another rolled part on top of it.Make design as you like. Brush egg wash on it. Bake on 350f. It looks hard but if you planahead of time, it would be very easy. You will make it more often.
