Gulab Jaman Milk powder 1 cup Plain flour 1 tbsp Samolina 1 tbsp Baking powder 1/2 tsp Egg 1 Oil for frying almonds for garnishing #Forsugarsyrup Sugar 2 cup Water 1 . 1/2 cup cardamom powder 1/2 tsp #recipe In a pan add 2 cup sugar in 1.1/2 cup of water turn on the heat . When sugar dissolved completely add 1/2 tsp cardamom powder let it boil for1 minute then off the flame don't cook over because we need a runny consistency so sugar syrup that absorbs gulab Jaman easily #forball Mix milk powder plain flour samolina egg baking powder and oil very well and make their balls. Now fry balls of gulab Jaman on low flame until desire color accurs Now take them out and instantly add this balls on sheera for 10 minutes.
