Mutton karahi Ghosht Ingredients: Mutton 1 kg Salt to taste Oil half cup Crushed red chillies 1tbsp Black pepper powder 1tsp Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp Green chillies 6 to 8 whole tomatoes 8 Onion 1 small Crushed roasted cumin 1tsp All spices powder 1tsp Julienne ginger 1 tbsp Coriander leaves for garnishing Method: In a pot add meat garlic onion, ginger garlic paste, salt tomatoes water and cook till meat gets 3/4th done and water remains half cup add oil ,crushed red chillies ,cumin powder, all spices powder black pepper powder and bhunofy well till oil comes on top. Sprinkle coriander leaves , julienne ginger and chillies and put on dum . Yummy karahi Ghosht is ready
