Beef Sloppy Joe Hamburger by Mahwish Ahmed

Beef Sloppy Joe Hamburger Prep time: 10 minutes Cook time: 25 to 30minutes Yield: Serves 3 INGREDIENTS: 3/4 lb Ground beef (250 g) 1/2 medium onion 1 cup mushrooms 2 clove garlic 1/2 jalapeño or hot chillies 2 tbsp chilli garlic sauce Crushed red chillies 1tsp Salt & pepper Sugar 1/2 tsp 1 tsp Worchestershire Sauce 1/4 tsp roasted Finley crushed cumin 3 hamburger buns Chees slices 3 Mozzarella chees 3tbsp Ketchup for topping Procedure: • Prep the ingredients: Finely chop the onion, mushrooms and corriender. Mince hot chili and garlic. • In a large frying pan, add beef and garlic fry for few minutes then add mushrooms and chili pepper and sauté on medium. You shouldn't need any oil because the fat and liquid from beef will be enough. • Cook for 10 minutes or so, until the beef has browned completely and the water has evaporated. Drain out any excess oil from the meat. • Add the rest of the ingredients -chilli garlic sauce, crushed red chillies salt & pepper, sugar, cumin, and Worcestershire sauce - and mix well. • Cover and let simmer on low for 10-15 minutes so the flavors soak right into the meat. Stir occasionally. • It's ready once the ground beef dried n fry completely. • Apply butter to the buns, then mayonnaise, place slice chees on one side of the bun, add cooked beef, then topped with finley sliced onions n cabbages finley topped with mozzarella chees n ketchup sprinkled some crushed chillies n corriender airfried or bake for 2 to 3 mins until chees melt. Gorgeous sloppy hamburger is ready to serve
