GULAB JAMUN INGREDIENTS: Milk powder 1 cup leveled Ghee 1 tbsp Egg 1 (on room temperature) Baking powder 1 tsp Maida 1 tbsp Sugar 2 cups Water 2 cup Ghee for frying Green cardamom crushed 1 tsp Lemon juice few drops Green cardamom, Nutmeg and mace powder 1 pinch METHOD: First take pot add water, sugar lemon juice and crushed green cardamom in it... Cook it on medium to low flame until the crystals of sugar completely dissolved... Keep cooking it on low flame... Now take a bowl grease it with ghee then add egg in it beat it well then add maida it in mix it then add baking powder, green cardamom, nutmeg and mace powder in it mix it then add milk powder in it slowly slowly and keep mixing it then add ghee in it and knead for 2 to 4 mins... Then make 12 equal size balls without cracks and fry them on low flame... When the balls become golden brown then put all the balls in the cooking sugar syrup and keep cooking them for 15 mins on low flame without covering the pot... Turn off the flame and cover the pot and leave the gulab Jamun for half an hour so that they can soak the syrup
