Punjabi Panjiri Ingredients: 100g Gum 50g Fox nuts 50g Raisins 50g coconut kernel 50g cashew 50g Almonds 50g Walnut 50g Pistachio 1 cup Desi Ghee 3/4 cup sugar 1 tsp Cardamom 1 & 1/2 cup Moong Daal 50g Melon Seeds Directions: In a pan heat desi ghee, add gum and roast until double i size and golden brown in color. Take it out and keep it aside. Add and toast fox nuts until light brown. Keep it aside. Toast Raisins, cashew nuts, walnut, coconut kernel, pistachio one by one and keep all aside. Heat desi ghee in a pan, add Moong daal , cardamom powder and cook on a medium low heat until golden brown. let it roast fry. Then blender roasted moong daal, make ata Blend gum, fox nut, and all dry fruits well in a blender. In a bowl roasted moong daal ata, sugar, raisins and mix everything well.
