Grilled chicken with Mint Raita Ingredients : Chicken 700 gm Plain yogurt 1/2 cup Garlic 4 cloves Ginger 1 tbsp Coriander powder 1.5 tsp Cumin powder 1 tsp Garam masala 1 tsp Red chili powder 1 tsp green chili 5-6 pcs Coriander leaves 3 tbsp Olive oil 1 tbsp Lime juice 3 tbsp Salt 1.5 tsp For Raita: Cucumber 2 tbsp Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp Salt to taste Mint leaves chopped Plain Yogurt 1/2 cup Directions for Grilled Chicken: In a blender add yogurt, Garlic , Ginger , Coriander powder , Cumin powder , Garam masala , Red chili powder , green chili , Coriander leaves , Olive oil , Lime juice, Salt and grind until you get a smooth paste. Then Add mark/cuts on chicken pieces and marinate in the mixture. Marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight and keep in refrigerator. Cook chicken on charcoal or grill pan until completely cooked. Directions for raita: In a blender add mint, coriander, roasted cumin powder, salt , cucumber and grind until you get a smooth paste. Mix the paste in yogurt and your raita is ready to serve with Grilled chicken.
