Steak Roll-Ups Ingredients Beef Undercut 1 1/5 kg (hammer it) Ginger Garlic paste 2 tsp Salt 2 tsp White pepper 1 tsp Mustard Paste 2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper 2 tsp Black pepper 1 1/5 tsp Soy sauce 2 tbsp Chilli sauce 4 tbsp Mix all together in a bowl with a whisk,than marinate beef in this marination for minimum 2 hours. Vegetables Capsicum 1 cut into strips Tomato 1 cut into strips Scallions green and white part into strip Now take 1 piece of undercut place all vegetables.Now fold it to make a roll-ups,fold it with toothpick. Method: Heat 1 tsp oil in a grill pan,add in the steak roll-ups and cook for 8-10 mins almost 4 min on each side.Remove steak roll-ups on a tray and serve hot.
