Cheesey tikka macaroni Chicken boneless 250gram Gg paste 1/2tsp Tikka masala 1tbs Zeera grinded 1/2tsp Vinegar 2 tbs Dahi 2 tbs Oil 3tbs Marinate chicken with all masalas mention above for half an hour. Then cook in a pot with little water and cook till tender and dry. Capsicum Carrot Saute vaggies and mix with chicken If you like veggies skip it Cheesy sauce Maida 1tbs heaped Garlic crushed 1tsp Butter 1tbs Oil 1 tbs Cheddar cheese 4 slices Milk 2 cups White pepper 1/4 tsp Black pepper 1/4 Chicken powder or cube 1/2 2tsp Crushed red chillies optional 1/4tsp Oregano 1/4 tsp Adjust salt according to the taste buds Put oil and butter in a pan sauteed garlic for a 2 to 3 seconds add Maida whisk add milk whisk continuously add all dry masala add cheese make thick paste Add prepared chicken in it. Boil macroni In a serving bowl put macaroni in a base pour all the sauce and pinch of mixed herbs on top and grill it in hot oven for 15 min only .
