Palak paneer Ingredients: Palak 1kg Green chillies:5 Garlic cloves : 4-5 Zeera : 1 teaspoon FenoGreek leave dry (kasuri methi) : 1/2 teaspoon Cream : 1/2 packet Onion : 1 small Cottage cheese : 1/2 packet GG paste : 1 teaspoon Salt Recipe : Boil Palak with green chillies and GarlicCloves just for 5 min in boiling water . Drain the water , grind it and keep it aside Fry onion in another pan , add zeera,ginger garlic paste , . Add blended Palak in it . Then add Kasuri mehti Leave it for DUM for like 10 mints. Add cream 1/2 packet and again leave it for 5'mins . Cut cottage cheese into small cubes and fry it in butter (1 tablespoon). Place them on the top of dish.
