Bombay bakery coffee butter cream cake: 4 eggs 1 cup heaped flour 3/4 th cup oil 1 cup heaped sugar 1 tsp baking powder Coffee 2 tbsp Milk 1 tbsp Vanilla 1 tsp Steps to follow: Firstly whisk egg whites until stiff peaks form,add sugar and whisk again, add yolks,Now add vanilla and oil and whisk again,Now with a rubber spatula fold ur dry ingredients in egg mixture. In the end mix the coffee in milk nd add it in ur cake batter. Bake it for about 350°/ 180° in oven for 40 mins. For coffee butter icing: Butter 1 cup Icing Sugar 3/4th cup or as per taste Coffee 2 tbsp Milk 1.5 tbsp Steps to follow: Whisk butter until light n fluffy, Add sugar whisk again, Mix your coffee with milk and add in ur buttercream. Layer your cake fill ur buttercream, Frost it and decor the way you want.
