Fried Fish by Noushaba Shafique

Fried Fish 🎏 Ingredients - Rohu fish 1kg - Vinegar half cup - Cooking Oil as needed - Red Chili Powder half tsp - Salt as per taste - Red Chili Crushed half tsp - Ajwain ¼ tsp - Cumin Powder ½ tsp - Lemon Juice 2 tbsp - Ginger & Garlic Paste 1 tbsp - Chat Masala 1 Tsp - Coriander Powder 1 Tsp - Turmeric ¼ tsp - Gram Flour 2 tsp Method 1- Place the cuts on the fish. 2- Apply vinegar on the fish and leave 10 minutes. 3- Now wash the fish well. 2- After washing, In a bowl, add Gram Flour, Turmeric,Coriander Powder, Red chilli powder, salt, red chili crushed, ajwain, cumin powder, chat masala, lemon juice, ginger & garlic paste and red chilli crushed mix it well. 3- Now, cover this paste on fish and keep it in the refrigerator for an hour. 4- Afterward, deep fry in the cooking oil until golden brown. Your tasty Fried Fish now ready to serve.
