Jhatpat beef biryani by Shahzadi waqar

Beef 500g Rice 400g Tomatoes 200g Yougrt 5 tblsp Ginger paste 1tblsp Garlic paste 1 tblsp Red chilli powder 1/2tsp Crushed red chillies 1/2tsp Turmeric powder 1/2tsp Whole garam masala 1tsp Whole cumin 1/2tsp Garam masala powder 1/2tsp Coriander powder 1/2tsp Onions 2 Salt as required Plum2 Green chillies 2 Cooking oil 1/2cup Yellow color Mint leaves Lemon slices Fresh coriander Green chillies Bay leaves METHOD: 1. IN cooking pot add beef, yougrt, Ginger garlic paste,salt, red chilli powder, crushed red chillies, turmeric powder,garam masala powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, tomatoes, onions add water and steam it for 30,40 mins. 2. After that add cooking oil and cook for a while, when oil separates add fresh coriander and green chillies beef masala is ready. 3.In another pot add water whole garam masala salt bay leaves and bring it to boil,now add rice. Strain rice when cooked 4.Grease pot with oil, add boiled rice then add beef masala, again add rice. At the end add yellow color, lemon slices, mint leaves, green chillies, fresh coriander. Steam it for 15 min Jhatpat beef biryani is ready. You can also use pressure cooker for beef masala.
