Bread Pizza Ingredients Bread Slices 7-8 Chicken chunks half kg Garlic chopped 1 tspn Onion chopped 2-3 tbpsn heaped Oil 2 tbpsn Maida 1 tbpsn Black pepper half tspn Salt as per taste Peprika half tspn Milk half cup Butter 2 tbpsn Red chill flakes 1 tspn Origani powder quarter tspn Thyme leaves half tspn White pepper quarter tspn Capcicum chopped one Pizza sauce/chilli sauce/Ketchup, Cheese and olives as per your requirement Method Add oil, chopped garlic and chopped onions in a pan and saute.. Add in chicken and cook till tender.. Dish out and Keep aside In same pan add butter and maida and saute for a minute... Add in milk and stir continuously so that no lumps are formed Mix the chicken in cooked white sauce and add in all the seasonings (salt, peppers, peprika, red chilli flakes, origano and thyme) in the end add Capcicum and turn off the flame Greese a baking tray and place the breads on it. Spread pizza sauce then chicken filling. Top them with olives and cheese and bake them for 10-15 minutes or till the bread slices are crispy Take out from oven and serve hot
