Chops in gravy Recipe 1/2 kg chicken breast or goat chops 2 tbsp gg paste 1/8 tsp blk pepper powder 2 tsp zeera powder Green chilli paste as you like Cut chicken breast in big thin slices. Marinate everything. Leave it for 1/2 hour.sprinkle 1/4 cup flour on it. Add 1-11/2 egg. ( this is easy way to apply flour and egg) Fry it in the oil just like chops. Gravy 1/4 kg tomato crush and make juice in the blender.. Add chilli powder and salt as you like. Spread chops in a Pyrex dish. Sprinkle about 2-3 tbs crushed fried onion. Pour tomato juice mixture on it. Add 1-2 tbsp oil. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes on 350f.If you want it dry bake more. If you want more gravy bake less. This dish is very delicious. P.S. If you want to add 1/4 cup yogurt with tomato juice.you can have both way.
