CARAMEL STUFFED APPLE Caramel sauce CRUNCH SUGAR 100G BUTTER 25G BUTTER SCOTCH SAUCE SUGAR 200G SALT HALF TSP HEAVY CREAM 200G MILK 100ML SIMPLE VANILLA SPONGE BASIC SPONGE INGREDENTS Flour 1cup Eggs 3 Sugar 1cup Oil 3tbsp Hot water 3tbsp Baking powder 1tsp Vanilla ess 1tsp METHOD Beat eggs and sugar well beecome creamy add oil, water and vanilla ess and beat well stifed flour and baking powder and and fold in egg mixture. Now this better pour in a pan and bake it for 40-45 min For apple sorbet In a blender Blend freeze apple and honey. Take an apple and scoop out the apple's inner part with the spoon and fill it with the baked cake. Add a layer of caramel and bake for 15 mins. For presentation i made the bowl with caramel and place the baked apple in it. Garnish with apple sorbet or ice cream and strawberries
