Chocolate strawberry moose spheres Ingredients: 1 cup whipped cream (half cup whipped,half cup non whipped.) 2 cups dark chocoate strawberry jam half cup peanut brittle(peanut chikki) chocolate shavings for garnishing Recipe First of all take out jam in cupcake mould put 4 tsp and let it set and freeze for 1 hour. Now microwave half cup non whipped cream for 2 minutes then put all chocoate chunks and let it sit for 2 minutes then start stirring smooth ganache formed ,keep it in freezer for one hour then whipped it till hard peak formed then add half cup whipped cream put in spheres mould then frozen jam then again covered spheres with moose and let it set overnight ,then serve it with cocoa powder crunchy peanut chikki and chocolate shavings.
