Name : kanwal samad receipe : cone papri chaat serving : 3 to 4 people Ingredients : For dough: All purpose flour ( maida) 1 cup Salt pinch Zeera half tsp Oil 3 tsp For chaat Chickpeas 1 cup boiled Potato 1 boiled and cubed Tomato 1 cubed Onion 1 cubed Tamarind (Imli )chatni ( cook 1 cup imli( deseeded) in 2 cups water with half cup sugar or jaggery then add salt paprika n black pepper according to your taste then drain through sieve n sauce is ready, u can keep in refrigerator for 1 month) Mint chatni ( grind mint leaves 1 bunch 2 green chilies 2 garlic cloves half tsp zeera blend with little water to make paste) Yogurt ( blend yogurt with pinch of salt) Procedure : First make dough with flour oil salt jeera n keep it covered then roll it in big circle then cut in long strips n cover the cones mould with little bit water. After that fry those cones in oil n keep them on paper towel n leave few minutes to cool down then removes cones from mould and add chickpeas potatoes onion tomatoe all 3 sauces one by one in layers inside the cones n put chaat masala over it n enjoy its delicious n full of flavors. .
