Recipe: Chicken sunflower bread Name: kanwal samad Category: Main course Serving size:4 people Preparation time:1 hour 20 minutes Ingredients: For Bread 1tsp oregano herb 2 cups plain flour 1tsp salt 2tsp sugar Half cup oil 2 tsp yeast powder 3 tsp milk powde r Luke warm water (enough to make dough) For filling: Boneless chicken half kg Green bell pepper 1 cup cubed n deseeded Onion 1 cup cubed Tomato 1 cup cubed Peas 1 cup boiled Method: STEP # 1: Take lukewarm water add yeast powder ,sugar, salt ,milk powder,oregano and plain flour to make soft dough.After that apply some oil in a glass bowl and keep that dough covered at warm place for 1 hour or till it becomes double in size. STEP # 2: Put boneless chicken in pan add 5 tsp oil and fry it for 5 minutesthen add salt, tikka masala ,oregano, paprika, n fry it until tender then add blended tomato and onion then fry it for more 5 minutes and add boiled peas , bell pepper and cook it for further 20 minutes then remove chicken from pan. STEP # 3 : .Now roll dough in big circle shape then cut small circles with cookie cutter, then add filling in middle in turn it towards other half n then turn again to give this specific shape n put one by one to give flower shape then bake it at 200 degree for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
