Hunter Beef By Komel Adil

HUNTER BEEF INGREDIENTS Big piece of boneless beef......2 kg Salt ....3 teaspoon Black pepper whole 2 tbsp Clove 8 Salt petre.....2 tbsp Cinnamon 2 inches piece White zeera 1 tablespoon heaped Black zeera 1 tsp Black cardamom 2 A pinch of mace Lemon juice half cup Vinegar 1 cup Brown sugar... 3 tbsp METHOD 1. Wash and pat dry the piece of beef. Tie it tightly with kitchen twine. 2. Finely grind all the dry spices and then mix it with lemon juice and vinegar. 3. Put the meat in a glass bowl and pour the mixture over the beef and prick it with the fork. 4. Cover it and put it in the refrigerator. 5. You have to take out the beef daily and turn it upside down and rub the mixture over it, repeat this process for at least 5 to 6 days. 6. On the sixth day make a hard dough of wheat flour and roll it out to a size to cover the beef. 7. Now discard the liquid and put the piece of marinated beef on the the rolled dough and completely seal it. (Aatay ke roti mein pack ker lein) 8. Preheat the oven at 200 degrees celsius and then bake the the Hunter beef for 1 and half hour. 9. Take out from the oven crack open the crust .enjoy your Hunter beef . SERVING SUGGESTIONS You can make sandwiches ,burgers , shawarma or even you can simply fry the slices and enjoy.
